The Carnivore is a unique experience Every type of meat imaginable, including four choices of wild game, is roasted on traditional Maasai swords (skewers) over a huge, visually spectacular charcoal pit that dominates the entrance of the restaurant.The waiters then carry these swords around the restaurant, carving unlimited amounts of the prime meats onto sizzling, cast iron plates in front of you. A wide selection of salads, vegetable side dishes, and a variety of exotic sauces accompany the meat feast. Dessert and coffee follow this. The full meal including a soup course, is at a flat price.
The "Dawa" at the Carnivore The introduction of;"The famous Carnivore Dawa cocktail" to Kenya at the Carnivore. Dawa in Kiswahili means medicine or a health revival potion. The Carnivore "Dawa" is the drink chosen to hydrate, refresh and sharpen the taste buds in every visitor.This Dawa stimulates the appetite mechanism within the visitors metabolism thus enabling him or her to consume more of the tentalising roasted meat. The Food 
The food details are mouth watering. They are: The Crocodile - The meat is constantly basted, and turned until perfectly cooked; the meat is succulent and well flavored.The Ostrich - The meat is perfectly rosted, Golden brown and some is made into Meat balls. Others come in Whole joints of meat - legs of lamb and pork, haunches of venison, rumps of beef, sirloins,steaks of lamb, spare ribs of pork and others, sausages,skewered kidneys and chicken wings . Every table has a hoisted flag which shows that you still want some more,once you are full,lower the flag by placing it flat on the table,thus the rounds of meat supply stops.The lowering of the flag indicates that you do not need some more.
