 Trip highlights: This is a four days, three nights camping safari. On this safari, you will be able to view various species of wild game including the lion, leopard, cheetah, the elephant and a host of other plains animals. You will also be able to see attractions like, Mt. Kilimanjaro, lava flows, caves and the famous and beautiful Mzima Springs. You will travel in a tour minibus and stay in tented camps.



 Day 1: Nairobi- Tsavo East National park

Upon arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport you will met by our tour manager for a safari briefing then depart for Tsavo East National Park arriving in time for lunch and enjoy an afternoon game viewing drive till dusk.

 The Tsavo East National Park has an interesting and diverse history including: the Waliangulu and Kamba tribes used the park as a hunting ground prior to gazette-ment; the first European to see Mount Kenya, rev. Dr. L. Krapf, journeyed on foot through this area in 1848; during the construction of the railway bridge over the Tsavo River in 1898, lions (the famed man-eaters of Tsavo) terrorized the workers, killing over 130 people before being killed by Col. J. H. Patterson. During World War 1, British forces along the Tsavo river to counter threats from invading German soldiers from Tanganyika (now Tanzania); the European explorer Captain Lugards a European explorer passed through the area on his way to Uganda.

 Dinner and overnight at Tsavo East tented Camp or similar.


Day 2: Tsavo East - Tsavo West - Amboseli

Pre Breakfast game viewing drive, and then breakfast, departs for Tsavo West for game viewing till lunch time. Have parked lunch at Tsavo west National park and proceed to Amboseli arriving in the evening with game viewing enroute and check in at the Kimana tented Camp or Similar.

 Amboseli National Park is renowned for its huge elephant herds. Africa's highest Mountain - Mt Kilimanjaro sits on the upper slopes of Amboseli National park. Mt. Kilimanjaro's snow white peak lies across the border in Tanzania. Seeing the Kilimanjaro hovering above the clouds in the early hours of the morning is quite an experience. For the enthusiastic photographer, animal pictures arising against the dramatic backdrop of the mountain is quite a thrill. Apart from the Elephants, Amboseli is a home to; buffalos, black rhinos, zebras, wildebeest and other plain animals.

 Dinner and overnight at Kimana tented Camp or similar.

 Day 3:  Amboseli National park

 Morning and afternoon game viewing drives.

 The combination of scenery, people and animals is what makes the park fascinating. Beautifully situated at the foot of the towering Kilimanjaro, it is the home of the brightly painted Maasai tribe. You may be able to see lions, cheetahs, spotted hyena and wild dogs. Also the Kaffir Buffaloes, Burch ells zebras and the herds of elephants. All this animals come to drink water at the water holes consisting of small lakes or muddy bonds kept filled up by the melting snows of Kilimanjaro.

 All meals and overnight stay at Kimana tented Camp or similar.

 Day 4: Amboseli - Nairobi

 Pre breakfast game viewing if you still want some more, After breakfast proceed to Nairobi, game viewing en-route and drive south to Namanga on the Kenya/Tanzania border arriving in time lunch at the famous Carnivore Restaurant. We will then transfer you to Jomo Kenyatta airport for your next destination.

 End of safari.
